These type of opportunities come to us through our proprietary programs of acquiring homes AND our specialized websites which allow us to obtain buyers for the homes we purchase. Our investment activity is based upon extensive research into the single-family housing market for the 25 top U.S. markets which allows us to maximize our return on investment for our own account but also the accounts of our investors and joint venture projects.

To execute our investment decisions, our closely-held development and property management principals have the full compliment of resources needed to reposition, renovate, develop, and manage a large volume of residences, either alone or in conjunction with local operating affiliates/partners.
